DEFENDA Triangular Postal Tubes
Triangular cardboard tubes for posters, prints, plans and long items.
Our triangular postal tubes and boxes provide a versatile alternative to round mailing tubes. Their triangular shape helps prevent rolling on conveyor systems and they can be stored flat to save space.
They are well suited to posters, prints, artwork, maps, decals and blueprints, while wider versions are useful for difficult-to-pack long items such as golf clubs, fishing rods and other products requiring a larger internal space.
Standard Paper Sizes
Our current triangular range includes A3, A2, A1 and A0-style lengths. Standard paper-size triangular tubes use integral cardboard closures, reducing the need for separate plastic end caps.
| Range | Approx Equivalent Round Diameter | Typical Uses |
|---|---|---|
| 57mm triangular range | About 2 inch | Posters, prints, maps, artwork and plans |
| 83mm triangular range | About 3 inch | Larger rolled items and reduced curling |
| 127mm / 5 inch range | Wide triangular tube | Golf clubs, fishing rods and long specialist items |
Recyclable & UK Manufactured
The triangular boxes are produced from corrugated paper board and are easily recyclable. Standard paper-size versions are designed with integral closures, while our 5 inch diameter range uses separate die-cut caps and can be useful where an adjustable or cut-to-length solution is required.
Custom Triangular Tubes
Custom anti-roll triangular tubes can be manufactured for customers requiring other lengths or diameters. Call 02476 422000 to discuss a bespoke requirement.
